An on-site consultation
The quickest and cheapest way to make progress. We come, walk the flat and say it plainly: this rug is too small, a light belongs here, leave this wall alone and move that piece a metre to the left. You leave with a list you can work through yourself.
A shopping list
You choose a direction, we supply the specific items — lighting, textiles, rugs, accessories — with prices and links to where to buy them. You then decide what to get now and what can wait. You are not tied to our suppliers.
Home staging before a sale
A flat prepared for sale sells faster and for more. It is not about furnishing it — it is about removing everything personal, evening out the light and letting the space speak, so that a buyer can picture themselves in it. Usually that means taking things out rather than bringing them in.
Styling for photography
If you need a space photographed — for a listing, a catalogue or a website — we prepare it so that it looks in the pictures the way it deserves to.

If you are not sure whether we will get on, start with an on-site consultation. It is the smallest possible commitment and after two hours you know whether you want to carry on. The fee can then be deducted from a larger project.

How much does an on-site consultation cost?

It is charged by the hour and for a typical flat comes to a few thousand crowns. It is the cheapest service we offer and a good way to find out whether we get on.
Do I then have to buy from you?

No. You get a list with links to ordinary shops and buy it yourself. If you would like us to handle the purchase and delivery we will, but it is a choice, not a condition.
Is home staging worth it?

For a flat that is not selling, usually yes — the cost runs into thousands and the difference in the sale price tends to be in the tens of thousands. For a property that is fine and simply waiting for a buyer, it is not necessary.
How quickly can you come?

Usually within a week or two, depending on how busy we are. If you are up against a photography or viewing date, say so straight away and we will try to move things around.
